Tracking attendance at Team or Board Meetings is simple with Church Center Groups. Group Leaders and every Section Head should have been given “attendance permissions” for each weekend team’s primary group.
There are several ways to record attendance:
- Email: Those people who have been given “attendance permissions” will receive an automatic email shortly before the event start time with a link to record attendance. Simply click the link and tap the box next to each person on your team who is present.
- Church Center App: Those people who have been given “attendance permissions” will see a notification in their Church Center Group requesting attendance. Click the link and tap the box next to each person on your team who is present.
- Computer Browser: Attendance can also be recorded from a web browser:
- Log into Planning Center Groups and locate the Group that hosted the event.
- Click on Take Attendance, then click next to the names of each person who attended.
