Update App Permissions
People
On the Monday following each Secuela, the Planning Center People permissions need to be re-set to remove the outgoing weekend leadership team and add the incoming weekend leadership team as they are known.
Keep Viewer Access For: Officers, Leaders Committee, Rector Recommendation Committee, Pre-Weekend Committee, Finance Committee, IT Committee
Remove Viewer Permissions for Outgoing weekend team members
Add Viewer Permissions for Incoming weekend team members – with additional permissions to export CSVs and reports & email lists
Steps:
- Log in as PC-Admin
- Open the “Permissions is Viewer” List
- Click on each outgoing team member to access to profile page
- Tap “Actions” on the top right corner
- Tap “Manage permissions”
