Rocks

To keep the handwriting from smearing or fading, it is highly recommended to follow these steps for washing, preparing, and sealing the rocks: 

1. Wash and sort 
2. dry 
3. Spray with sealer 
4. dry 
5. Spray other side 
6. dry 
7. Write 
8. dry 
9. Spray again (this time VERY light whisp spray to prevent smearing; wait 5 min. between coats. Spray several times.)
10. dry 
11. Write other side? 
12. dry 
13. Spray again (this time VERY light whisp spray to prevent smearing; wait 5 min. between coats. Spray several times.)
14. Dry 

Tips: 

• Sealer suggestion:   Crystal Clear Krylon Acrylic Coating Spray Finish ($10 at Hobby Lobby) 
• Cross out the names on the list as you use them, and put the rocks in alpha order to make sure there are no duplications.
• Nail polish remover will remove any mistakes
