Section Heads and Rollista Chas
In accordance with Space City Tres Dias Policies and Traditions rev 2018-03-09 Item #9, “All section heads and Rollistas must be approved by the Leaders Committee and any changes must be approved by the Leaders Committee. The primary criteria the Leaders Committee will utilize in approving or changing these selections of section heads shall be to consider the building of future leadership in the SCTD community.”
Maximum Team Size
SCTD Policy and Traditions rev 2018-03-09 Item #10: “Due to space and size considerations of the camp for the weekend, it is appropriate that SCTD set a maximum team size of 95, not including the team from a neighboring community that may be allowed to join the weekend to observe.”
Team Considerations
When building the weekend leadership team, keep the following considerations in mind:
- Rector Almost-Ready Reports:
- Incoming Rectors will be provided with the “Rector Ready Minus 1” list showing community members who will be Rector Ready after serving one position (usually IHC or OHC.)
- Incoming Rectors will be provided with the “Rector Ready Minus 2” list showing community members who are missing two service areas before qualifying as Rector Ready.
- Rollista and head cha selections should incorporate the needs from these lists in the building of the weekend team.
- Incoming Rectors will be provided with “Served Outside But Never Head” and “Served Inside But Never Head” to help identify candidates for Section Head with previous experience servings on the team they will lead.
- Professor Considerations:
- At least 6 table leaders must have given a previous talk, giving at least one experienced leader for each table:
- At least 3 rollistas must have given a previous talk
- All silent professors must have given a previous talk
- Piety and Leaders Rollistas should have served at least twice and previously given a rollo.

- All team selection, approval and communication will be managed through Planning Center to ensure consistency, accountability and continuity in the event a Rector is unable to complete their weekend service.
