Blue Box Reports – Team Building

Commonly referred to as the “Blue Box” reports, these are links to Planning Center reports that will assist as you start to build the weekend team.  You will need to be logged into Planning Center in order to view the reports.

The first section of the “Blue Box” reports deal with issues during the Team Building phase of the weekend planning:

1. A link to the Team Building Workflow
2. A list of everyone who has volunteered along with their experience history
3. A list of all volunteers who have served as Section Head (potential Anchor or Asst Section Heads)
4. A list of the volunteers who have given at least one rollo (“experienced rollistas.”)
5. A list of everyone who has served on the Inside Teams but never as a section head.
6. A list of everyone who has served on the Outside Teams but never as a section head.
7. A list of volunteers with their Gifts & Talents
8. A list of those confirmed team members who are serving for the first time.
9. Potential team headcount if all pending team members “say yes” to serving
10. Team headcount of confirmed team members
11. A list of those volunteers who declined to serve
12. A list of people who attended Essentials Training but did not volunteer (or who attended the prior weekend Essentials and did not serve)
13. A list of volunteers who have not yet been assigned to the team
