Planning Center Overview

Planning Center Login

Planning Center is the administrative side (“back end”) of the Church Center App.  It includes many apps that work together to manage Space City Tres Dias weekends.

 

Log-in 

You will log into Planning Center using the personal email address we have on file.  If this is your first time to access Planning Center, you will set your own password (tap “Need password” on the login screen.)

If you have a leadership role in another church or other Tres Dias/Pescador community that also uses Planning Center, you can connect the two profiles and switch between them on the login screen.


Planning Center People (“The Brain”)

The People App is the community database (individual contact information, weekends attended and served, service history, church, board service history, etc.) It is also the application that reports across all other applications. Access is restricted to community and weekend leadership.

The Services app is used to create, manage and print :

  1. Team Roster
  2. Team Meeting agendas
  3. Weekend timelines and scripts

Registrations is the app for online candidate and team registration, tracking of payments & forms, dorm assignments, table assignments, and weekend photo roster contact information.

Planning Center Groups is the app for team communications (email and groups chats.) It is also the app that hosts the Resources for weekend team where documents are posted such as weekend timelines, images, team manuals, etc.  Groups is the back-end of the public Church Center app.

Church Center is the public-facing side of Planning Center.  It can be accessed through a mobile app, or online through a web browser. Team members access weekend Groups in the Church Center app to locate weekend documents (Job Descriptions, weekend timelines, etc.), chat with fellow team members, rsvp for Team Meetings, Register and pay for the weekend, Register Candidates, manage their own personal profile, access the Prayer Wheel, and much more.
 

Log In to Church Center

Church Center is accessed by either (1) downloading the app to your phone, or (2) clicking the “member login” tab on the Space City Tres Dias public website www.spacecitytd.org.

Passwords are not required for logging into Church Center.  Instead, enter your phone number to log in and the system will send a 6-digit code to confirm identity.
