All timeline events, team notes, plan notes and the rector script are stored in a single “Plan” for each day of the weekend and each team meeting.

  • Timeline events and descriptions will print on every timeline.
  • Team Notes are stored in the “Item Notes” field.  These notes print on the right side of the timeline.
  • Rector Script is located in the “Item Detail” field and is generally printed without any team notes.
  • Plan Notes are general in nature and print at the top of the page.

The printing choices vary depending upon who will use the report. Generally speaking:

  • Timeline with All Notes will be printed for the entire team during the early team meeting phase, and OHC for the weekend.
  • Timeline with SPECIFIC TEAM NOTES will be shared in each Church Center team group prior to the weekend.
  • Timeline with NO NOTES for a general overview
  • Timeline with ITEM DETAIL and NO NOTES for the Rector and IHC.

Steps to print a timeline:

  1. Open the Plan
  2. Click on the Printer icon in the top right corner
    1. Select “Standard Report”
    2. Select All Times
    3. Select “List” in the Item Notes column
    4. Select fields to print:
      1. Summary with No Notes: uncheck all “Item Notes”, uncheck “Item Detail”
      2. Timeline with All Team Notes:  select all “Item Notes”, uncheck “Item Detail”
      3. Timeline with a single team notes: select specific “Item Notes”, uncheck “Item Detail”
      4. Rector Script with no team notes: uncheck all “Item Notes” and check “Item Detail”
    5. Select “Web Page” as the output option to preview or PDF to save and print to paper

To print the Plan Notes at the top of each page in a timeline, select the appropriate Team or Note Category from the bottom of the print options screen.  The Plan Notes are entered on the left side of the screen in the Services plans.

Often this is used to remind the team member of the theme and focus of the day. For example, this Plan Note might be used for “General” on Friday:

The focus today is on the INDIVIDUAL: our personal needs in Jesus. We will present parts 3-8 of the Tres Dias message:
* Meditation (1): Three Glances of Christ
* Rollos (5): Ideals, Grace, The Church, The Holy Spirit, Piety
