Usernames for weekend leadership Chas carry a Microsoft 365 Business Basic license. This license includes an Outlook email account along with online versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications. Please note: @spacecitytd.org email addresses cannot be forwarded to a personal email account. If you decide to use the mailbox, you must check it directly.
First, follow the instructions in the “SharePoint First Time Access” article to configure the Microsoft Authenticator app and log in to SharePoint and other Office 365 applications. Use the following steps to access your new email account after the initial setup is complete.
Outlook on the Web
To check email on the web version of Outlook, simply log into https://outlook.office.com using your firstname.lastname@spacecitytd.org username.
Outlook Desktop
If you have a desktop license for Outlook, add your @spacecitytd.org account:
- Click the gear icon, then tap “Accounts”
- Tap “Add Account” in the top right corner
- Enter your username
- Select “Exchange/Microsoft 365”
